On 10 October 2026 this site listed 166 businesses in 15 categories, from 27 barbers and 23 restaurants down to 2 vets. Those entries come from Google Maps data, and the best-of lists rank them on Google rating and review count; each list says nobody paid to be on it.

Dean Keating is the one entry that works differently. He publishes the site and runs the AI service described here, so his page is marked as the publisher's own business and kept outside the rankings. He has no rated Google business listing, which means there would be no score to rank him on anyway.

Where he works from

Horndean is in Hampshire, north of Portsmouth, a long way from SE6. He is not a Catford business and does not have an office here. His website says the build and install are done remotely anywhere in the UK, and that he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person.

If you would rather have the person across the table, bring that up first and look at providers nearer to you as well.

What he builds

The service is AI agents set up inside the software you already use. The website's phrase is that it is installed for you, not handed over. He builds it, puts it on your systems and trains your team.

What it is not

It is not a course. It is not a phone-answering service. It is not a chatbot product that you subscribe to and set up yourself.

What his website says about him

It says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, has more than ten years in marketing and has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads. It also says he was a professional stand-up comedian for five years before going into marketing. Separately he builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO, at deankeating.com.
