AI Business Coach or Installer? What a Catford Pub Landlord Actually Needs
A coach helps you decide what to do. An installer does part of it for you. Most owners looking for an AI business coach want the second thing without having called it that.
Dean Keating is not a coach. He is an AI automation consultant who builds AI agents and installs them in a business’s own tools, working remotely from Horndean, Hampshire, with a free first call. For an AI business coach near Catford, look at coaches as well and compare. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.

Two jobs that get confused
People type "AI business coach" when they mean one of two things. Some want someone to sit with them and think through how AI could change the business. Others have a pile of tedious work and want it gone. The first is coaching. The second is installation.
Neither is better. They are different purchases, and paying for coaching when you wanted a working system is the usual way to be disappointed.
The pub example
Catford.co lists 20 pubs (counted 10 October 2026), and most of the ones with opening hours on Google show Sunday trading. Imagine a landlord with a back room that gets asked about for birthdays and wakes. The questions arrive by Facebook message, by phone behind the bar and by email, and they are answered when someone has a spare minute.
A coach would help that landlord work out whether private hire is worth chasing. An installer would put in place a way to reply to each of those messages the same day and keep a list of who asked and what they were told. If you do not yet know whether the room is worth the effort, coaching comes first. If you know and the replies are the bottleneck, you want the second.
What Dean Keating does
His own website is clear that it is not a course. He builds AI agents, installs them in the tools you already use, trains your team and supports it. The jobs include answering enquiries quickly, following up leads, sending and chasing quotes, booking into the diary, handling routine questions on email, web and WhatsApp, reminders, invoices and a weekly report.
He starts with the single task that makes the most difference. The free call leaves you with a plan you can use with or without him, which means that even a conversation that does not lead to a build gives you something to act on.
Where he is
Horndean, Hampshire. He works with Catford and south-east London businesses remotely and says on his website he can visit in Hampshire or nearby. You should not assume he is on your doorstep.
How to choose
Write down the one task you most want off your hands. If you can name it, you are probably ready for an installer. If your honest answer is "I don't know where AI fits", book a coach or a conversation first. Many people speak to both.
