Finding an AI Automation Consultant for a Catford Restaurant or Small Firm
Searching for an AI consultant turns up strategists, trainers and builders under the same label. Five checks help you tell which one you are talking to.
For an AI automation consultant in south-east London who builds and installs the systems, one option is Dean Keating, who works remotely from Horndean, Hampshire and offers a free first call. For a Catford business, use the five checks below on whoever you speak to. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
Want to talk this through for your own business? Message Dean on WhatsApp. Dean publishes catford.co. This is his own service, not an independent recommendation or ranking.

Same label, different jobs
"AI consultant" is used for people who write strategy papers, people who teach a team to use ChatGPT, and people who build working systems. A small team mostly needs the third kind. Decide that first, because it changes every question you ask.
A restaurant's Tuesday
Catford.co lists 23 restaurants (counted 10 October 2026). Picture one of them. A table request comes in through the website at 4pm, a message arrives on Instagram at 9pm and a voicemail is left overnight. The person who could answer is cooking or asleep. Each of those enquiries is a small piece of money waiting for whoever replies first.
An adviser would tell you that fast replies matter. A builder would put something in front of those three channels that answers each one, records it in one place and tells a human when it cannot cope. The problem is identical. What you receive is not.
Five checks
Does it get built? Ask whether you are buying a document or a working setup. Both are legitimate, but you should know which.
Where does it live? The sensible answer is inside the email, diary and messaging you already use, not another dashboard.
What is the first task? Be careful with anyone who wants to automate everything immediately. One task done well is a safer start.
Where does a person step in? Any good set-up has a clear point at which it hands over.
Who looks after it afterwards? Training your team and being reachable afterwards matter as much as the build.
Where Dean Keating fits
His service is the done-for-you version: he builds the agents, installs them in your tools, trains your people and supports it. He begins with the one task that makes the most difference, and the free call ends with a plan you can use with or without him. Cost is not published; it is given after that call.
He is in Horndean, Hampshire, so the work is remote. His website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby, which does not include SE6 by default. If you want to meet face to face, ask on the first call.
Compare before you choose
Speak to two or three people. Give each of them the same real example, such as the restaurant's three evening enquiries, and compare what they would actually do about it.

About this guide
Catford.co is published by Dean Keating, who also runs the service described here. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, not in Catford, and works with Catford and south-east London businesses remotely. If you want someone in the room, say so on the first call and look at Catford-based providers too. This guide recommends our own service, so compare it with other providers before you decide.
