AI Lead Follow-Up for Trades Working Around Catford and Lewisham

The problem is the gap

There is no trades category on this directory, so nothing here ranks a plumber against a builder, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do hold is the council's practical information for working in SE6, and it points at the same issue: the day is full of logistics, so admin waits.

Logistics, as the council publishes them

Our parking guide summarises Lewisham's controlled parking zones around Catford, Rushey Green and Hither Green, most of which run Monday to Friday through the working day, and lists the permit types including business permits. Our recycling centre guide records that Landmann Way does not accept commercial vehicles or trade waste, and that vans are limited to four visits a year.

Read those and you can see a day that runs on a van, a permit and a time slot. A missed call at 11am, a quote not sent by Friday and a customer who has asked three others are the predictable result.

What follow-up would cover

His website lists: replying to a new enquiry within minutes, at any hour; chasing every lead until it books or declines; sending quotes and then chasing the unanswered ones; booking the job into the diary; answering the repeat questions that come through email, web and WhatsApp; and a weekly report.

The quote-chasing part is the one many tradespeople underrate. A quote nobody follows up is usually a quote lost, and nothing about that is specific to Catford.

How it is set up

A free call; an audit of what is worth automating; the build and install in the tools you already use; training and support. He starts with one task, not the whole firm. You leave the free call with a plan you can use with or without him.

Where he is

In Horndean, Hampshire. He says the work is remote anywhere in the UK and that he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. He is not a south-east London trade or provider.

Cost

No price list; the cost follows the free call, with no obligation.

About this guide

Catford.co is published by Dean Keating, who also runs the service described here. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, not in Catford, and works with Catford and south-east London businesses remotely. If you want someone in the room, say so on the first call and look at Catford-based providers too. This guide recommends our own service, so compare it with other providers before you decide.
